I'd like to get it down to one hour a day average but I still do my own website/forum/ (for raven as well) building and build the blogs for both places too. Michelle is wonderful about handling the raven blog posting and does that like a champ. Without her and all the other things she does behind the scenes with promo/marketing, I'd be devoting double the time... for sure. Yes, the two hours a day costs me time I could be writing but it also keeps me sane and my mind fresh so I don't mind it too much.
