I thought I’d take a minute and post some of the meals I’m eating. I know a lot of you have asked. I’m putting the cal count on each since its all I watch with this diet. Again, so far, I’m at almost 80 lbs off in a year so I’m sticking to what I’m doing. For me, it works.
Weight Watchers Bagel 100 cal
Fat free cream cheese 2 tsp total 60 cal
Strawberries 45
Honeydew melon 60
Cantaloupe 48
Breakfast total = 313
For drink, this morning I’m having a bottle of water. Stomach isn’t really in the mood for tea just yet.
I’ll have a 100 cal snack in 3 hours and then I’ll have lunch about 2.5-3 hours after that.
