Help Bring Mandy M. Roth Books to Your Library!
Did you know you have the power to bring my ebooks to your local library—and it only takes a few minutes?
A lot of readers ask how they can get more of my books (especially the ebooks) into their library system. The good news? Most libraries take requests from patrons seriously—and they want to know what their readers actually want. That’s where you come in.
Why Requesting Helps
Libraries don’t just randomly stock ebooks. They license them through platforms like OverDrive, Odilo, cloudLibrary, Baker & Taylor, Hoopla, BorrowBox, and Palace Marketplace. Lucky for us, the majority of my books are already available on those platforms—just waiting to be picked up.
But here’s the catch: many libraries only buy books if a reader requests them. No request, no copy. Simple as that.
So if you’d like to check out my books for free through your library app (or want your fellow readers to discover them too), sending a quick message or email to your librarian makes a huge difference.
How to Make a Request
Here’s how you can help:
- Find your library’s contact form or email address.
Most public library websites have a “Suggest a Title” page or a general contact form. If you’re not sure, you can call or visit in person too. - Send a quick note like this (copy/paste or customize): Hi there,
I’d love to request that you add ebooks by Mandy M. Roth to your library’s digital collection. Most of her titles are available for libraries to purchase through OverDrive, Hoopla, cloudLibrary, BorrowBox, Baker & Taylor, Odilo, and Palace Marketplace. She’s a New York Times and USA Today bestselling author who writes paranormal romance, sci-fi romance, fantasy romance, romantasy, and more.
Every Request Counts
Seriously. Libraries have limited budgets, and reader input helps them prioritize. So if you’ve got a minute today, consider making a request—it’s a small act that supports both your local library and indie authors like me.
Plus, who doesn’t love getting steamy reads for free with just a library card? 😏
